I've run on and off for years. I'm getting going again and planning on doing a spring marathon so I've started this blog in motivate me. When taining for a marathon it is important to do some speed work but if your just planning on getting round then the long run is the important one. It dosn't matter if you have to walk some of it, it's time on your feet that counts.
